We currently do not ship orders outside of the continental United States. Primary shipping methods is UPS Ground and in some instances USPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We currently offer any free shipping promotions to the continental USA only.
In stock orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, they are shipped in 2 - 4 business days from purchase, and arrive in 5-7 business days once you've received a shipping confirmation. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please allow for additional processing days between Black Friday & Christmas. For orders shipping to apt. or over $200 value, a signature is required at delivery.
In 2024, our corporate office & fulfillment center will be closed in observance of the following holidays;

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us with the following information:

- Product Name(s) and Product Number(s)
- Reason for Return
You can return items to us using US Mail or any private, traceable shipping carrier. Please note that refunds or credits will cover the value of the item and any taxes, but we don’t reimburse shipping costs for returns due to buyer’s remorse. Emile Henry isn’t responsible for returned items until we receive them, so we recommend insuring and tracking your return. UPS and FedEx offer free insurance for packages up to $100.
